PURPOSE: An apparatus for remelting thermal spray coating of self-fluxing alloy is provided to uniformly remelt the surface coating formed after flame spray coating self-fluxing alloy on the surface of a roll within a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for remelting self-fluxing alloy thermal spray coated on the surface of a cylindrical member(1) such as a roll and a shaft, the apparatus for remelting thermal spray coating of self-fluxing alloy comprises a base on the upper surface of which fixed blocks(19a,19b) are mounted, wherein both ends of the cylindrical member(1) are supported to the fixed blocks(19a,19b) respectively; a transfer jig horizontally slidingly assembled into guide rods which are formed at the upper surface of the base; a motor member(13) rotationally driving a horizontal screw(17) connected to the transfer jig by a screw; a heating wire block(14) into which a circular hole(14a) is penetrated, and which is installed at the transfer jig, wherein a cylindrical member(1) both ends of which are put on the fixed blocks(19a,19b) is inserted into the circular hole(14a); a heating wire member(15) which is equipped at the circular hole(14a) so as to encircle the outer surface of the cylindrical member(1) without touching; a thermocouple detecting a surface temperature of the cylindrical member(1); and a power source supplying an external power supply to the motor member(13) and the heating wire member(15).
