Method involves culturing recombinant yeast cells, disruption of cells in buffer containing chaotropic agent, addition of surface-active substance to cell homogenate, centrifugation of cell homogenate followed by hydrophobic chromatography and ultracentrifugation in potassium bromide density gradient, gel-filtration of fraction containing surface-active antigen. Hydrophobic chromatography is carried out in buffer containing 8-14% of ethanol followed by washing out with the same buffer at temperature 30 C and elution with the same buffer at temperature 40-42 C and gelfiltration is carried out on copolymer carrier.
