Intraplevralnoy method, simultaneous with resection of lung thoracoplasty

FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with correcting thoracoplasty to decrease the volume of pleural cavity. After carrying out resection of the main pathology one should conduct detachment of pleurofascioperiosteal flap from removed ribs from the 3d intercostal area to pleural cupola in extrafascial and subperiosteal layer. Then comes subperiosteal removal of the 1st rib completely and posterior-lateral sections of the 2nd and 3d ribs followed by suturing earlier mobilized flap to its place along the whole semicircumference. The method enables to achieve reliable hemostasis in area of costal decostation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 2 ex
