FIELD: mining industry.;SUBSTANCE: method includes operational prospecting, separation of rock massive within limits of each extracted horizon of quarry field on operational blocks, contour drilling of operational blocks by horizontal or slightly slanted wells, splitting up of rocks by short-delayed and dispersed detonation of in-well, inter-well and inter-row explosive substance charges under damping cover, selective extraction of exploded blocks, preparation and processing of mineral resources. Contour drilling of operational blocks is performed by wells, diameter of which is within 50-150mm, while well mesh is formed with consideration of providing for selective splitting up of rocks. Wells are charged with low-explosive mix and it is initiated by laser impulse through intermediate charge by means of laser initiation system. Freed kinetic energy of explosion is taken by damping device as well as energy of formed dust-gas outbreaks, and this energy is converted and transferred through accumulating device onto excavating device used during loading and extracting and auxiliary work and during unloading of rocks into loading capacitance, which is placed on upper shelf of extracted step. Drilling device, well charging device, system for laser initiation of charges, damping device, excavation deice and loading capacitance are members of mobile device.;EFFECT: better use of energy of explosion, higher effectiveness of splitting up of rocks and of extraction of hard mineral resources deposits as a whole.;2 dwg
