FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering low energy neodymium YAG- laser radiation to anterior iris surface with cavitation bubbles being formed under local anesthesia. Iridectomy is carried out in the most distal part of cavity. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
