The present invention relates to an output correction system for securing stability of a second harmonic laser output by an Nd:YAG laser, and a method thereof. By using the Nd:YAG laser output correction system for instantly controlling a laser output by adjusting a voltage applied to a flash lamp, and a method thereof, second harmonic output stability can be secured. In addition, a side effect can be minimized while maximizing a surgical procedure effect since the intensity of a laser beam irradiated on a patient can be uniformly maintained not excessive nor insufficient. The Nd:YAG laser output correction system comprises: a laser driving unit; a laser output unit; a cooling unit; and a control unit.
