PURPOSE: A laser output control method, a laser output control device, and a layer processing system including the same are provided to control the intensity of laser output from a laser output device by adaptively controlling a duty ratio of a pulse width modulation signal.;CONSTITUTION: A moving speed change of a laser output device, operated based on a pulse width modulation signal, is detected(S120). A duty ratio of the pulse width modulation signal is controlled based on the moving speed change(S140). The intensity of the laser output of the laser output device is controlled based on the duty ratio(S160).
