METHOD FOR EARLY NONINVASIVE DIAGNOSTICS AND MONITORING THE STATE OF ORGAN CIRCULATION IN NEONATALS

FIELD: medicine, neonatology. SUBSTANCE: in neonatals it is necessary to measure circulation rate in aorta, basillar, anterior, left middle cerebral, left renal artery and celiac artery. By the suggested mathematical formulas one should calculate integral index of hemodynamics state (IIH). By IIH in neonatals of different age one should detect disorders in hemodynamics state. The method enables to evaluate circulatory distribution in neonatal period. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. 1 tbl
