SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical composition eliciting cytokine and immunomodulating effect used for prophylaxis and treatment of diseases caused by disorders of immunologic functions. Addition of copolymer of 1,4-ethylenepiperazine N-oxide and (N-carboxyethyl)-1,4-ethylenepiperazinium bromide to an active substance in pharmaceutical composition consisting of at least one cytokine or conjugation with the latter allows creating the novel immunotherapeutic preparation with the enhanced effectiveness as compared with the known analogs. Advantage of invention involves the creation of preparation eliciting ability to modulate cytokine effect and it comprises new additional biological properties also.
