FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, changeable functional inserts, including sealing unit inserts in jet pump are installed, and upper and lower limits of productive stratum perforation zone are found, and linear with inlet funnel, packer and jet pump with stepped through channel are lowered into well on tubing string. Seating appliance with stepped through channel is installed in tubing string under jet pump. Lower end of funnel is located in well not lower than upper limit of productive stratum perforation zone. Than packer releasing is carried out, and functional inserts are installed, as required, in through channel of jet pump. Logging cable is passed through sealing unit, and radiator and receiver-converter of physical fields or other instruments and devices for studying and treatment of well and its productive stratum are connected to lower end of logging cable. Using said instruments and devices and jet pump with fitted-in functional inserts, studying, testing and simulation works are carried out. In process of studying or after it additional linear made in form of tube section is passed through tubing string and jet pump and is installed on sealing appliances. Lower end of linear is arranged lower than upper limit of productive perforation zone, and using jet pump, under-packer zone of well is cleaned from reaction products, process water and mechanical impurities, thus preventing their getting into bottom hole zone of well at killing of well before lifting tubing string with jet pump and inserts to surface.
