UNIT FOR BENDING AND GUIDING LEADING END OF THICK STRIP COILS FROM UNCOILER TO TECHNOLOGICAL AGGREGATE

FIELD: rolled stock production, namely designs of units for bending and guiding leading end of coiled strip from uncoiler to manufacturing aggregate. SUBSTANCE: unit includes multiroller straightening stand with feeding rollers, lifting and moving table with supporting rollers for coil; uncoiler; driven scraper type strip deflector; driven pressure and guiding rollers. According to invention unit is provided with additional deflector mounted with possibility of reciprocation and rocking motion in base common with drive of scraper deflector and providing maximum arm relative to pressure roller. Pressure roller is mounted in the same axis as lifting-moving table of strip uncoiler. Scraper type deflector and guiding roller are jointly mounted in frame of multiroller straightening stand. Uncoiler is provided in addition with lateral guards for centering and clamping. Invention provides guiding of uncoiled strips with thickness up to 25 mm. EFFECT: enlarged range of thickness of uncoiled strips, enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
