SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for microbiological preparing acetic acid by microbiological fermentation of chemical substances from gaseous flows, among them, from exhausting gases and its extraction from the fermentation aqueous flows. Modified solvent not mixing with water used for extraction of acetic acid from gassed aqueous flows represents essentially mixture of isomers of strongly branched dialkylamines in the amount above 50 vol.% and from 0.01% to 20 vol. % of monoalkylamines wherein each alkyl amine group is from C12 to C14, and involves also at least 10 vol.% of co-solvent not mixing with water, preferably low-boiling linear hydrocarbon with boiling point lower boiling point of indicated solvent. Amine mixtures with required co-solvent form azeotropic mixture with water in extraction of acetic acid from aqueous flows. Distribution coefficient of solvent is above 10. Method for anaerobic microbiological fermentation for preparing acetic acid involves carrying out fermentation of gas comprising carbon monoxide and/or carbon dioxide and hydrogen in bioreactor to obtain the fermentation broth followed by separation of microbe cells from broth and continuous extraction using indicated modified solvent. Purification of acetic acid is carried out by distillation from the obtained extractant phase at distillation pint 160 C, not above, and without conversion of the parent amine to amide. Preferably, distillation is carried out under practically oxygen-free vacuum. Invention provides carrying out the direct extraction of acetic acid and extractive fermentation of acetic acid using modified solvents that provides purity degree and effectiveness in preparing acetic acid from diluted aqueous flows.
