METHOD DECREASING EFFECT OF FACTOR OF STATIC PREDICTION WHILE PLAYING ROULETTE AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALIZATION

SUBSTANCE: method includes setting of disk with marked cells into motion relative to base, throwing in of ball contacting field of run-off and interacting with mobile disk carrying partitions into race track. Volume of marked cells limited by partitions and edges of mobile disk, by bottom of cell from beneath, by surface which generating line is upper edge of partition from above is changed. Roulette incorporates base, race track located beneath its field of ball run-off, mobile disk with marked cells positioned between partitions and volume mechanism of marked cells which is limited by partitions and edges of mobile disk, by bottom of cell from beneath, by surface which generating line is upper edge of partition from above.
