'MILLENNIUM' METHOD FOR TEACHING OF VERB CONJUGATION IN ENGLISH

FIELD: education, in particular, teaching of English grammar by native speakers of other language. SUBSTANCE: method involves learning features of aspect-and-voice forms of English verbs for certain tense with generalized translation into Russian by means of schematic flat figure on the principle of basic parallelogram comprising two additional parts extending horizontally and in parallel with one another to define rectangle, and individual line, or in the form of flat figure derived from basic parallelogram and individual line, with each side of basic parallelogram, additional parts and individual line corresponding to certain aspect-and-voice forms of English verb; providing in the vicinity of basic parallelogram sides, parts and individual line inscriptions indicating said correspondence and comprising substantial features of aspect-and-voice forms of English verbs and generalized translation of such forms into native language of individual under learning process; providing individual line corresponding to aspect-and-voice form of English verb in Perfect Continuous tense in inner region of basic parallelogram between additional parts. Individual line does not intersect either of said parts or basic parallelogram sides; using descriptive aid in the form of individual elements of parallelogram and/or additional parts and/or individual line, which are fitted onto flat material carrier. EFFECT: increased efficiency in teaching conjugation of English verbs owing to increased completeness of comprehension by individual of verbal forms schematically represented as flat figure. 7 cl, 16 dwg, 1 tbl
