FIELD: medicine, allergology, pediatrics.;SUBSTANCE: the claimed method is realized by the following manner: saliva sample is taken in baby wherein the level of total IgE is determined by enzyme immunoassay method (ELISA) using a set of reagent for the quantitative determination of the total IgE in blood serum, plasma and amniotic fluid. The presence of IgE-dependent genesis of the season rhinoconjunctivitis in children is diagnosed in values of total IgE in saliva above 1.0 IU/ml. The advantage of invention involves using saliva samples as a material for examination that provides carrying out the painless examination of baby being without trauma for its psychics. Method can be used for confirmation of IgE-dependent genesis in children.;EFFECT: improved method for analysis.;3 tbl
