FIELD: experimental medicine.;SUBSTANCE: one should apply a metal form of 7.5 mm diameter onto anterior serous surface of gastric wall, pour 0.007 ml 100%-acetic acid into this form to be left at gastric wall for 60 sec, moreover, experimental animals should be pre-infected with suspension of human blastocysts introduced per os at the volume of 1.0 ml, at concentration of 10⁶ - 10⁷ ml with the help of calibrated syringe. The present innovation illustrates the fact that reproduction of gastric ulcer at the background of experimental blastocystosis takes place more actively against intact animals.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.
