FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: seromuscular tunic of organ wall is dissected in circular shape of diameter not less than 20 mm. Visible submucous vessels are stitched in the dissection line with separate interrupted sutures. Region of organ wall is excised between applied interrupted sutures. The formed defect in organ wall is fixed with double layer sutures circularly to adjoining organ.;EFFECT: allows for modelling of giant penetrating gastric or duodenal ulcer for pathologic analysis, pharmacological tests and development of new operative interventions.;2 dwg, 1 ex
