FIELD: medicine, phthisiology.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in treatment of patients with exudative tuberculosis pleuritis with encystment. Method involves the basis medicinal therapy and additional using mixture of 10% isoniazide in the daily dose with 5000 U of heparin in 2.0 ml of 1% dioxydin in 0.25% novocaine solution. Mixture is injected by lymphotropic subcutaneous route in intercostals spaces in encystment projections, into jugular fossula, behind of xiphoid process, sequentially, in one dose mixture injection into one point per a day, 3-5 times per a week, 20 injections for treatment course, not less. Method provides avoiding possibility for surgery treatment, to enhance effectiveness of antibacterial therapy due to prolonged retention of high concentrations of antituberculosis preparations in inflamed pleura and improving lymphatic drainage.;EFFECT: improved treatment method.;3 ex
