1. An apparatus for converting thermal energy of the chaotic motion of artificial microparticles fill a sealed chamber, the energy of translational movement of the membrane with openings having properties valve membrane by supplying elastic threadlike formations, the size of the openings amounts to 0.4 microns, and the linear dimensions of the microparticles 10 times larger than vozduha.2 molecules. The apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the thread-like formation formed as elastic curtain of fibers adjacent to one side of the holes in the membrane type "basketball basket", the length of the fibers commensurate with the size of the diaphragm aperture, and the fiber weight - weight of the microparticles. 3. The apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the membrane is formed with the rigid substrate, and form a single thread-like formation of the continuous medium in the form of an elastic structure which gradually decreases the stiffness of the rigid substrate to the free edge of the membrane.
