Root filling material for temporary care of root canals in dentistry

A root filling material, used for the temporary filling of root canals, comprises a powder mixture of calcium hydroxide and exsiccant. The powder is mixed with organic solvent and dries fast. The filling adsorbs all apicale exsudates and keeps them antiseptic.
