The device has a stator, a hollow shaft and/or hollow shaft section rotor (8) with a spindle nut (11) joined in the shaft/section in shape-locking manner with an internal thread for engaging an external thread on a spindle (6) to convert rotor rotation into linear spindle motion. The spindle contains a grease storage arrangement (5) for lubricating the internal and external threads connected to at least one bore wending near the external thread.
