The semiconductor body structure has a hetero-structure surface where the source and drain and gate contacts are formed by organic wire structures of molecules with conjugated n-electron systems, DNA, oligonucleotide or carbon nano-tubes. The structure is composed of two thick and undosed layers of one material (A), separated by and extremely thin layer of a different material (B). Part of the intermediate layer is removed by etching to form a short nano gap.
