Organic electroluminescent device comprises a lower electrode formed on a substrate, an organic layer comprising an organic electroluminescent layer formed on the lower electrode, a counter electrode formed on the organic layer, and insulating ribs for absorbing moisture formed on the lower electrode and cutting the electrode.
