The gas distribution arrangement (10) includes a connector region (100) for connecting a gas generator (300). At least one outlet opening (130) connects a gas or air bag which is to be inflated with gas from the generator fed into the distributor. A gas channel (40) provides a flow connection between the connection region and the opening(s). The gas distributor is formed from a one piece sheet metal part (20). This is bent in the middle such that the two end regions lie one above the other forming the gas channel between them in the middle part. The outlet opening is in the middle region. The end regions are cup shaped to form the connector region for the generator.
