The pump has a chamber with two pistons, and a synchronizing gear unit with toothed gear. The gear unit (12) is formed as a gear pump and acts as hydraulic motor to drive the rotary pistons (5,6). The gear housing (4) has hydraulic medium intake and outlet on either side of the contact area of the meshing gears (9,10). The rotary piston shafts (7,8) doe not extend from pump housing and gear unit housing.
