The cap 1 of a drinking water tank 10 has a recessed hollow water guide 11 into which a water inlet and venting pipe 3 of a water dispenser 20 enters. A sealing cover 2 encases the water guide 11 so that, on entry of the water inlet and venting pipe 3, the water guide telescopes within the sealing cover 2 (see figure 9). Latching structures 13,22 are provided between the sealing cover 2 and the water guide 11 and latching structures 21, 31 between the water inlet and venting pipe 3 and the sealing cover 2.
