The device (1) is assembled of a platform (2) moved with two carrying arms (3, 4) rotating around a horizontal axle (5). One of the arms (3) is connected to a hoist cylinder (7) acting on a lever (6) using the forces of a spring (8) and transmitting the motion to the second, parallel positioned carrying arm (4). The elastic quality of the arrangement is compensated by the transversally positioned torsion bar (9) causing a synchronized motion of both carrying arms (3, 4).
