The oven chamber (10) has a door (11) at the front and a hole in the roof with a filter (14) for extracted air. The fan (13) may be a radial fan. It extracts fresh air from outside the oven and blows it through a tapering channel (12) shaped to act as an extractor pump which draws air from the oven chamber through the filter and discharges it to the outside.
