The device has an air suction unit for air suction at a level of a vehicle wheel (1). An evacuation unit evacuates the air and realizes a pipe (4) linking a wheel passage (3) to a back of the vehicle. The suction and the evacuation units have a ventilator (6) placed inside the pipe between the wheel passage and the backward portion of the vehicle. The ventilator is an axial or a centrifugal ventilator.
