The protection guard is moved on a railway and has bogies (4) running on the rails. The guard has a side grill or barrier (1) for retaining a user from falling. The grill is movable and lockable on a trolley (3) with the bogies and having anti-tilt rollers (6). The grill can have a lower pivot on the trolley and a lock for fixing to the lorry.
