The fixing device includes a unique mounting cup (22) fixed on the free end (15) of a rod (23), with the cup concave part directed towards to free end. The fixing device also includes an elastomeric material element (24) comprising a frame (26), and means for connecting (28) between a spring (16) and the elastomeric element. The elastomeric element is fixed to the cup and fixed to the vehicle chassis to assure damping of vehicle movement along the axis of the rod.
