The reflector (17), made from a moulded polymer with a metallic coating, has an integral barrel (12) with three inserts (10) having threaded surfaces. When the reflector is being moulded the barrel is suspended in the mould cavity to position it correctly while the polymer is setting. Holes (14) in the barrel give improved distribution and adhesion of the polymer.
