The device detects and records the occurrences of risk incurred by a vehicle in risk meters based on preset threshold (7) and parameters. The risks relates to a higher linear speed defined for a path on which a vehicle moves based on traffic conditions, or a higher angular speed at maximum instantaneous linear speed value, or acceleration/deceleration value exceeding the threshold at higher frequency.
