The device (1) has one mobile shutter (9) coupling a mobile support (11) and one actuator (7). Another actuator (8) carries the mobile support and acts as per a physical parameter of air. Another mobile shutter (10) is coupled to the actuator (8). The two shutters are mounted in a pipe (3) of a ventilation opening such that a degree of opening of the ventilation opening depends on a position of the shutters. An independent claim is also included for a ventilation opening having a control device.
