The device has an actuator (7) placed on a mobile shutter according to a physical parameter of air and provided with a body (11) fixed with respect to a ventilation nozzle. An elongated element i.e. braid (20), is provided with a fixed end (22) with respect to the body and a movable end (24) with respect to the body, and is coupled with the shutter. The actuator is provided with an elastic unit i.e. helicoid spring (60), that exerts displacement effort (E2) of the shutter on a part i.e. intermediate lever (50), of the actuator towards a closed position.
