PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of preventing wrong blood transfusion or transfusion, capable of easily and securely preventing wrong blood transfusion or wrong transfusion in performing the blood transfusion or transfusion for a patient, and speedily starting the blood transfusion or transfusion.;SOLUTION: The system of preventing wrong blood transfusion or transfusion comprises a blood transfusion or transfusion set 2 connected to a bag 3 in which blood transfusion or transfusion solution is stored, a wristband 4 worn around a wrist of the patient 100, a control device 5, a bar-code reader 6 for reading a bar code in the bag 3 and a bar code 12 in the wristband 4, a closing member 9 for releasably closing a channel inside a tube 21 of the blood transfusion or transfusion set 2 and prohibiting feeding of the solution inside the bag 3 into the patient 100, and a releasing device 7 for releasing the prohibition of feeding of the solution in the bag 3 into the patient 100 by releasing the closed state of the channel by the closing member 9 and opening the channel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
