WATER-SAVING IMPLEMENT AND WATER-SAVING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-saving implement which singly adapts to a plurality of water discharge flow rates and which enables anybody to easily regulate the water discharge flow rate, and a water-saving device.;SOLUTION: This water-saving implement is equipped with a water-flow regulating part (2) which is formed with at least one water passing hole (2b), and a flow rate regulating part (4) which can be displaced relatively to a cylindrical part (1c). A size of a channel which is formed between the flow rate regulating part (4) and the water passing hole (2b) of the water flow regulating part (2) is changed according to a change in a relatively positional relationship between the flow rate regulating part (4) and the water passing hole (2b) of the water flow regulating part (2) which is associated with the relative displacement of the flow rate regulating part (4). This enables the water discharge flow rate to be easily regulated only by displacing the flow rate regulating part (4). The water-saving implement (1) is suitable for use as a water-saving implement of such a type as to be installed in a water-flow outlet. Furthermore, the water-saving implement can also be used in such a manner that upward and downward directions with respect to the direction of the water flow are properly turned upside down depending on its use conditions such as the type of a faucet to which the water-saving implement is applied, or differences among arrangement places such as a place midway through the channel or an outlet of the channel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
