The means travels while transmitting power to the driving wheel 5 from an engine via a speed reducer and meshing a pin of the driving wheel with the hole of the square steel pipe and the flat steel or a rack welded with the upper surface of the flat steel. A driving section is set so that it is welded to the upper part of the square steel pipe, the flat surface of the flat steel 2 contacts with the upper roller, and the driving wheel meshes with the hole or the rack. A fitting turnably fastenable with a support block is disposed on the lower surface of the square steel pipe.
