COMPENSATION SYSTEM OF SHORT-TERM WORKER, PART-TIMER, AND SIDE-JOB WORKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein a duty system is mobile and the management system on the employer side is also ambiguous and a social institution is not strictly observed although the compensation of the labor disaster accident of a short-term worker is calculated by attendance hours and days.;SOLUTION: The compensation system of a short-term worker, a part-timer, and a side-job worker comprises: a personal identification means 1 for identifying the short-term worker and issuing an ID card 1a for identifying the individual; a database 2 for storing personal identification data identified by the personal identification means via a communication means 5; a data display means 3 for displaying the personal identification data stored in the database; and a work managing means 4 for inputting the work hours and days of the short-term worker. The work data of the work managing means are accumulated in the database. When a labor disaster accident occurs in the short-term worker, preset rescue compensation conditions, personal identification data accumulated in the database, and work data are displayed on a data display means for comparison.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
