PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the current situation under which short-term workers, part-timers and side-job workers get an job interview appointment and write a resume to submit it at each time and the corporate side looks at the resume of the interviewee and form their determinations on the spot to some extent.;SOLUTION: With an individual side terminal machine 5, an individual person writes individual history information at individual identifying data at a database 4 by using individual identifying means 1a, 1b, 1c... 1n that are placed at a corporation, ID cards 2a, 2b, 2c... 2n that are issued by the individual identifying means, the database 4 which stores the individual identifying data, an individual side terminal machine 5 that is connectable to the database 4, and corporate side terminals 6a, 6b, 6c... 6n that are browsable to the database 4.
