PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain precision of horizontal retrieval while inputting and referring to data with the same flexibility as handwriting with respect to information about customers. PSOLUTION: This system is provided with; a tag system definition file for defining a system of tags of a markup language (ML); a GUI definition file which is preliminarily determined about the display and input on terminals; a ML data DB for storing tagged data having tags of the ML added thereto, per customer; and a display editing control part for controlling the display and input on terminals of data about the organizations and business of the customers, in accordance with the GUI definition. The display editing control part is provided with: an input prohibition control function of controlling items which should be prohibited from being inputted, per the mode of customers in accordance with the GUI definition file and modes of customers; and a CIF number-classified input support function of taking a CIF number being an arbitrary item as a derivation source to derive a name item, an address item, or the like of a pertinent table in response to the input of the CIF number.
