PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain precision of cross reference while allowing data input and reference with the degree of freedom equal to that for hand writing as to information about a customer.;SOLUTION: This customer capitulation system is provided with a tag system definition file defining a system of a tag for a mark up language ML, a GUI definition file previously defined about display and input in a terminal, an ML data DB storing tagged data for each customer in the tagged ML, and a display edition control part controlling display and input of data at the terminal about organization and business of the customer according to the GUI definition. The display edition control part is provided with a CIF number input support function allowing the display edition control part to retrieve a name item, an address item, and the like of a table by using the CIF number as a deriving source when the CIF number as an optional item is inputted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
