PSOLUTION: A Chinese classics analysis support apparatus comprises a Chinese classics sentence input part 201 for inputting a sentence in Chinese classics, a rule base 111 for storing syntactic information about Chinese classics including tone information, a Chinese character dictionary file 113 for storing Chinese characters and one or more Pinyins corresponding to each Chinese character, a Chinese information sentence generation part 203 for assigning tone information to Chinese characters by reference to the syntactic information in the rule base 111 and assigning Pinyins to the Chinese characters by reference to the Chinese character dictionary file 113 to generate a Chinese information sentence, a Chinese information sentence file 209 for storing the Chinese information sentence 153 generated by the Chinese information sentence generation part 203, and a Chinese information sentence output part 211 for outputting the Chinese information sentence 153 stored in the Chinese information sentence file 209 to a display screen 219.
