PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the dimensional precision of a plastic molded product by uniformizing the temperature distribution of a mold to prevent the lowering of the quality of the plastic molded product.;SOLUTION: In this mold for molding a plastic constituted using at least one member comprising a metal-ceramic composite material, coating layers 13,14 and 15 are formed on a part of or the whole of the member comprising the metal-ceramic composite material. The coating layer 13 is a nickel plating layer formed by electroless plating and the coating layer 15 is a mixture layer of nickel and a fluoroplastic formed by electroless plating.
