PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means and the like capable of manufacturing easily an electric double-layer capacitor, without reducing the airtightness of the container of an electrode terminal periphery.;SOLUTION: An electrode terminal member is used so as to perform integral moulding with the synthetic resin, the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal which are used for the electric double-layer capacitor. The positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal of the electrode terminal member are connected, respectively, with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of a layered product. Thereafter, the synthetic resin of the electrode terminal member is brought into contact to the opening of the container, and heat sealing is carried out so as to manufacture the electric double-layer capacitor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
