CORE STRUCTURE OF VR TYPE RESOLVER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core structure of a resolver capable of size reduction and thinning of a highly accurate VR type resolver.;SOLUTION: This VR type resolver 10 is equipped with a stator 20 equipped with stator poles 22 arranged equally along the circumferential direction of a ring-shaped stator base part 21, and a rotor 30 changing a reluctance component of a clearance with the stator 20 by changing a relative angle position to the stator 20. At least either of the stator 20 and the rotor 30 is constituted as a laminate structure formed by rotatively laminating a plurality of laminations, and, assuming that the number of stator poles is P and the number of phases is N, the lamination angle of each layer lamination is set at angle excluding multiple angles of 360 degrees/(P/N).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
