PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box type electric firing oven for in-glaze decoration of a ceramic in which the ceramic is in-glaze-decorated in a short time, adequate colored in-glaze decoration is carried out and the excessive time is needless for the temperature lowering of the firing oven and a method for in-glaze decoration of the ceramic using the same.;SOLUTION: The box type electric firing oven for in-glaze decoration of the ceramic has a box type firing oven main body having a side wall and a bottom wall formed from a heat insulating material having small heat storage property and a cover formed from the heat insulating material having small heat storage property and for opening and closing an upper part opening of the box type firing oven, and a silicon carbide heating element is mounted in the box type firing oven to rapidly raise and lower the temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
