PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder used for obtaining a CT image of a cell level of micro-fine sample, capable of supporting the micro-fine sample stably, and capable of precluding the rotation center from being deviated in rotation driving, and a system capable of obtaining the CT image of the micro-fine sample using the holder. PSOLUTION: In this rotary holder for supporting the micro-fine sample, fine dishlike structure is manufactured additionally in a glass tube tip portion having a micron order of diameter, using an FIB-CVD method. This CT system capable of coping with nano biotechnology is provided to mount the rotary holder for supporting the micro-fine sample manufactured by a technique hereinbefore on a sample block, to arrange a transmission image picking-up mechanism for emitting an X-ray from a lateral direction, and to acquire the plurality of transmission images while rotated by a micro machine rotation-driving mechanism.
