PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming multi-domains on an alignment film with an atomic beam, a method for manufacturing a wide-angle-of-field liquid crystal display device using the same, a wide-angle-of-field liquid crystal display device using the same, and a liquid crystal alignment device.;SOLUTION: The orientation film is formed on a substrate to align liquid crystal, and the alignment film is scanned in a first direction with the atomic beam traveling from above the alignment to a first region of the alignment film to form a first domain in the first region.
