PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a product order management device for managing the shipment of products according to an order without increasing the amounts of stock. PSOLUTION: This product management device is provided with an order data receiving means for receiving order data including at least desired delivery date information concerning prescribed products from a customer through a predetermined communication line, an operation instruction data transmission means for transmitting an operation instruction associated with the received order data as operation instruction data through the predetermined communication line, a lead time data acquiring means for acquiring data associated with a lead time including a transportation time at the time of transporting products to the customer and a control means for controlling the operation instruction transmission means to transmit the operation instruction data when a result acquired by subtracting a time shown by the lead time data from data shown by the desired delivery date information is made equal to the current time.
